Cuperto, California, United States—The University of Phoenix has announced plans to build its new campus at its existing campus in the south of the state.
The new campus will include a new building, a new office building, new classrooms, a fitness center, a gymnasium, and a residential housing project, according to the university.
The building is the third new campus the university has opened since it opened its first in 2002.
“This project will be a significant step forward for the campus,” said Dr. John Tumlinson, associate vice president for development and public affairs at the University.
“The campus will have more than 400 acres and will be the largest new university campus in North America.”
The campus building is seen in this rendering on June 17, 2020.
